Horizon to Horizon Mission Statement and Waiver:

Horizon to Horizon Mission Statement: Boldy proclaim and unite around the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Hold Harmless/Indemnification/Release/Waiver of Liability/Publicity: If my application is approved, and in consideration for participating in 2023 Festival, I hereby agree, both individually and in my corporate capacity, and on behalf of any minor children for which I am responsible, and including my heirs, assigns, and successors in interest, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Horizon to Horizon, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, the City of Gering, and their employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, volunteers, sponsors and advertisers from any claims, demands, causes of action, liability, judgments and/or damages or costs (including reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in the Horizon Music Festival. I also agree to and hereby do waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have or which may arise against Horizon to Horizon, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, and the City of Gering, and their employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, sponsors and advertisers for any and all injuries I may suffer arising out of or relating to my participation in this event. In addition, I hereby grant full permission to Horizon to Horizon, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, its representatives, and agents to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.  I hereby grant permission to Horizon to Horizon to conduct a background check on me including but not limited to state and local criminal history records and national sex offender registry for the purpose of assessing my suitability as a volunteer for this event.  I understand Horizon to Horizon expects volunteers to reflect the love of Christ in actions, lifestyle, and communication with others. Horizon to Horizon reserves the right to approve or deny any and all volunteer applications and further reserves the right to terminate approved volunteer applications for any reason at the discretion of Horizon to Horizon.
